Bivizio user guide

This guide is intended for the owner and managers of the Bivizio digital platform.

Description of platform users

Owner / Manager

  • Invite managers
  • Invite a user to take control of the associated organization
  • Invite visitors
  • Create organizations
  • Edit profile information
  • Access search pages

Account user

  • Edit the information of the modules related to his organization
  • Edit profile information
  • Post ads
  • Access search pages

Acess the Dashboard

  • Go to your platform
  • Click on the “Login” button
  • Enter your login information
  • Click on the “Dashboard” button

Left menu (Owner / Manager)

a. Administrator

Invite and remove platform administrators.

b. a. Accounts

Invite user to take control of an organization already registered in your platform.

c. Ecosystem – Organizations

Create/edit organizations.

d. Locations

Create/edit a location related to an organization.

e. d. Contacts

Edit contacts from an organization on your platform.

f. CIRKULL – Assets

Create/Edit an asset on your platform

Invitation

Add an account

  • On the Left menu, access the “Add an account” section
  • Fill in the “Account Name” field
  • Associate an organization to the account in the “Organization” field (if listed)
  • If the organization does not exist, please refer to point 5.1
  • Click on the “Save” button

Add the associated user to the account

  • Add the associated user to the account with the “Add User” button
  • Fill in the user information
  • Click on the “Save” button
  • Click on the “Previous” button
  • Click on the key-shaped button in “Options “ of the selected user
  • Choose a method to send the invitation
    • Automatically send an email using the platform. Click on the “Send Access” button
    • Generate a link to send access manually. Click on the “Copy Link” button

Create an organization and its main location

Add an organization

On the left menu, access “Add an organization”

a. Fill in the organization information

b. Change the status from “Inactive” to “Active”

c. Click the “Save” button

Add a location

In the left menu, go to the“Add a location “ section

a. Fill in the information of the location

b. Change the status from “Inactive” to “Active”

c. Click the “Save” button

Classify a location with a code

In the left menu, go to the “classification” in the location section

a. Select a location

b. Search by keyword or by drop-down menu of its products or services.

c. Click the “Save” button
